ROLLING MILLS

The rolling mills are fully automatic which consist of 13 stands. Roughing consists of 2 stands 16 inches three high mill. Intermediate and finishing mill are all continuous DC driven to get the required quality TMT bars. We have German quenching technology. The quenching box is of TURBO QUENCH Technology from Germany which give the best quality as per BIS standards. The use of flying shear and tail breaker results in the straight and perfect size of TMT bars. Automatic system for TMT bars shifting and handling arrangement is there to minimize the manual handling involvement.

GEMINI CRS Fe 550

CRS TMT Bars are produced with an addition of corrosion resistance elements such as copper, chromium and phosphorous. They are considered to be more advanced and have a longer life than ordinary TMT Bars. ET TMT CRS comprise CRS Fe 550 and CRS Fe 550D grade. CRS is a classification of stainless steel specifically made to be free from corrosion and rust.

GEMINI TURBO Fe 500D

TMT (Thermo Machincal Treatment) Re Bar is the backbone of construction and which can not be any compromise with the quality of it. Poor quality of bars contains high level of unknown material that are harmful for structure. To save the building it is mandatory choose only the best quality TMT that has with stand the load during natural calamities like earthquake, flood or from fire. Keeping in view of quality, Fe 500D grade quality is super than other normal CTD (Cold Twisted Bar) or of below of specified grade of TMT Bars. Chemical Structure in TMT determines the best elongation. In grade Fe 500 and Fe 500D contains the lowest amount of sulphur and Phosphorous that makes these grades highly acceptable for all construction purpose.
